Description
Performs molecular testing, accessions samples, data collection and record keeping.
Maintains inventories.
Performs required QC and equipment maintenance and trains staff.
Troubleshoots laboratory procedures or equipment failures.
Schedules testing.
Provides research, development and/or validation of new policies, procedures and/or instrumentation.
Serves as a resource to peer Molecular Genetic Specialist.
Perfoms other duties as assigned.
