Summary:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. — Hybrid (In-State Only)

As the Supervisor of Marketing Operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities of our marketing division. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

Additional Information:

Leads and mentors the marketing operations team

Works cross-functionally with other marketing teams in the division (brand, content, marketing technology, media relations) and a variety of internal stakeholders

Oversees and optimizes the day-to-day activities of our marketing division, including analytics, go-to-market strategy, and execution of marketing campaigns

Description

  1. Lead and mentor a team the marketing operations team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the achievement of team goals

  2. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team

  3. Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including planning, scheduling, implementation, and tracking of key performance metrics.

  4. Develop strategies to enhance patient engagement, satisfaction, and retention through targeted marketing initiatives.

  5. Coordinate with various internal stakeholders, such as marketing specialists, designers, copywriters, and vendors, to ensure timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives.

  6. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve marketing processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  7. Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

  8. Facilitate effective communication and coordination between marketing and other teams to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration.

  9. Other Duties as assigned.
